All prices are listed in EUR and may vary depending on the season.
During peak periods or special events, rates may increase up to double the base price.
The rate includes: accommodation, bed linens, WiFi connection, fan or air conditioning, welcome cocktail, parking space, towel set, and VAT. A city tax of β¬2.50 per person per night applies.
Breakfast is not included in the rate but can be added for β¬12 per person per day.
A 7% discount is available for guests who pay a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
For single-night stays, a 50% surcharge will be applied to the base rate.
